Quick-Bond is an adhesive for general use in bonding applications. It is a standard, low-viscosity type. It is engineered for tough-to-bond situations and has an ultrafast setting formula that is excellent for porous surfaces
Clean the surfaces to be bonded and apply Aaron Alpha 200. We recommend applying the product to only one of the surfaces to be bonded, preferably the small surface on which the Aaron Alpha 200 set time is longer.
Please note that applying too much of the product may damage the appearance of the bonded material – avoid. In addition, it may bring about chlorosis or solvent cracks, or it may harden before the bonding starts, which will weaken bond strength significantly.
We suggest that the nozzle of the container touches the surface to be bonded so that the required amount can be applied. Immediately following, bring the two surfaces together and allow the Aaron Alpha 200 monomer to disperse among the two surfaces. Spreading the monomer by rubbing it is not necessary.
Aaron Alpha 200, if kept in the shape of a mount on the surface, does not harden for 5 to 10 minutes and maintains significant bond strength.
Can be used for bonding wood, for use on artificial marble, is able to confirm the coating colors of adhesives, and for use in removing hardened substances and peel off parts of adhesives.
