Protocols for Automatic Processing Machines
General approach is 1 min of each station from 1 to 7 per 1x1mm of tissue thickness(size), so if tissue is 1x1mm it should be kept in every station for 1 minutes(see below)
In case you want to perform even faster microscopic analysis of the specimen you can increase the temperature of all Stations (steps) from 1 to 7.
Temperature of all Stations (1-7) with processing solutions should be kept at 46-50° Celsius.
Temperature of paraffin stations should be kept at 60° Celsius.
In case of troubleshooting, please refer to routine formalin processing adjusting to processor time

- Fast: protocol #6 Time: 53 min Tissue Size: 4x4mm to 5x5mm
