Safety Warnings

  • Class B-2 - Flammable liquid.

Directions

  1. For smooth application, shake pen vigorously for 30 seconds before applying.
  2. Start the conductive material flowing by repeatedly depressing the pen tip on a hard, protected surface until material begins to flow.
  3. Gently hold down tip, then lift pen slightly until conductive material is released over the trace.
  4. Once desired trace is covered, let dry for 3-5 minutes. NOTE: The material needs to set completely for approximately 30 minutes in order to achieve maximum conductivity. If time is limited, it can cure in an oven, at 250-300°F (121-149°C), and reach maximum conductivity in 5 minutes.

First Aid Instructions

  1. Eye Contact
    1. Check for and remove any contact lenses.
    2. Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes while occasionally lifting upper and lower lids to ensure water coverage.
    3. Get medical attention immediately.
  2. Skin Contact
    1. Immediately flush skin with plenty of water for 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothes and shoes.
    2. Get medical attention immediately.
    3. Wash clothing before reuse.
    4. Clean shoes thoroughly before reuse.
  3. Inhalation
    1. Move exposed person to fresh air.
    2. If person is not breathing, or if breathing is not regular or if respiratory arrest occurs, trained personnel should provide artificial respiration or oxygen. Loosen tight clothing such as collar, tie, waistband and/or belt.
    3. Get medical attention immediately.
  4. Ingestion
    1. Wash out mouth with water.
    2. DO NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel.
    3. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
    4. Get medical attention immediately.
