Electron Microscopy Sciences is pleased to announce the acquisition of NIGHTSEA, a proven innovator of complete and economical solutions - light sources and matched filters - for viewing and imaging fluorescence at scales from macro to micro, featuring the NIGHTSEA Stereo Microscope Fluorescence Adapter.
The application period for the 2023 KEY Award for New Faculty is open! This is our 9th annual offering of this popular program. The recipient will receive a NIGHTSEA Stereo Microscope Fluorescence Adapter system with two wavelength combinations plus $750 in supplies from Electron Microscopy Sciences (EMS). The KEY Award is open to individuals entering their first faculty position at a non-profit college or university any time in academic calendar year 2023 (Fall 2022 – Fall 2023), worldwide. NIGHTSEA DIM Option
The DIM retrofit option adds a combined switch and dimmer control. The rotating of switch intensity decreases, reaching about 30% power at the minimum setting. You have finer control in the brighter portion of the adjustment range.

NIGHTSEA Pulse Option
The PULSE option adds a BNC connector on the rear of the base that accepts a user-supplied voltage input to turn the light on and off. Use for applications with external control, PWM input for light dimming and Footswitch for hands-free operation.
